Black Bean & Corn Burrito Bowl with roasted Peppers & Guacamole

This was a #Marleyspoon order and those tend to win the flavor awards in our cave. This was an early dinner for us as Native2 had an 8pm baseball game (ridiculous, I know sooo late for a 7 year old). Gatherer planned to cook this because it was fast, but also because it HAD been hotter than hell and she thought it would be a nice light meal if we were sitting in 80 degree heat and 100% humidity.

Rated 3.5 Sweet Teas

Well it wasn't hot, so honestly something a little heavier would have been great. All in all it was a solid meal. Over at insta ( I think I rated this a 3.5 sweet teas but that may have been a bit harsh. It was actually quite good, just not the best for the day. It really was easy to make. The only spice was taco seasoning, which is easy enough to find at your local gathering spot so nothing crazy to try and blend on your own. All of the ingredients are easy to find as well, you'll find I judge a bit if Gatherer can't recreate on her own. If you struggle to get your natives (or your Hunter/Gatherer) to eat veggies this is great because you can control the amount of everything. Native1 hates guac (is he even mine?) so it was left off of his. Both natives tried a bit of roasted pepper, proclaimed to find it "really gross", and then proceed to eat it all.
